Since 2022, SchoolSeed Foundation, in collaboration with the Community Alliance for the Homeless, has significantly impacted the lives of dozens of families experiencing homelessness through the Youth Navigation Program. This initiative specifically targets individuals aged 18-24, providing crucial support and resources to prevent homelessness and assist those who are already homeless.
